My passion for the Toyota vintage Land Cruiser vehicles began as a young teenager. I was just 14 years old in the Boy Scouts during the 1970’s when I saw my first Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40 camp work truck maintaining the forested summer camp in the hills of Cazadero in Sonoma County. From that summer on I was hooked as I saw that these stout Cruisers could climb a rugged track like a billy goat and go just about anywhere!
Fast forward 45+ years to today, as a real estate broker and attained the Eagle Scout rank, I have occasionally stumbled upon a Land Cruiser "Barn Find" that had been collecting dust and forgotten in Sonoma County. I use these Land Cruisers for my real estate business, frequently visiting ranches and vineyards and exploring the outer reaches of Sonoma County. Occasionally one of my Land Cruisers will appear in a marketing and advertising campaign or be used as a touring vehicle.
